chore: 更新 pid 文件和日志

- 修改 .gitignore 文件，添加对 pid 文件的忽略 - 删除旧的 pid 文件并添加新的 pid 文件 - 更新 meta.txt 文件，添加新的数据结构元信息 - 更新 tbus.log 文件，记录新的日志信息
