build(web): 移除 Tailwind CSS 依赖
- 移除了 @tailwindcss/vite 和 tailwindcss 依赖
- 在 index.html 中添加了 tailwindcss.js 脚本引用
- 调整了 Prettier 配置，增加了打印宽度

refactor(web): 移除未使用的组件和页面
- 删除了 HelloWorld、TheWelcome、WelcomeItem 组件
- 删除了 IconCommunity、IconDocumentation、IconEcosystem、IconSupport、IconTooling 图标组件
- 删除了 AboutView 页面
- 移除了 HomeView 中的 TheWelcome 组件引用
- 删除了 router 中的 about 路由配置
