chore: 更新 .gitignore 文件

- 添加日志文件和依赖管理工具的缓存文件到忽略列表
- 忽略 Visual Studio Code 和其他编辑器的配置文件
- 排除 cypress 测试的视频和截图文件
- 忽略 TypeScript 编译信息文件
