build(web): 移除 Tailwind CSS 依赖

- 移除了 @tailwindcss/vite 和 tailwindcss 依赖
- 在 index.html 中添加了 tailwindcss.js 脚本引用
- 调整了 Prettier 配置，增加了打印宽度
