feat(xumu): 新增电子档案功能

- 添加 AppBreedArchive 组件作为电子档案的主入口
- 实现档案列表页面，包括筛选、搜索和导出功能
- 实现档案详细信息页面，展示基础信息和记录
- 集成 vuex 状态管理，支持用户信息和字典数据的全局共享
