feat(xumu): 新增理赔审核功能

- 添加理赔审核页面组件 AppClaimAudit
- 实现理赔申请列表页面，包括搜索、导出和查看功能
- 新增理赔申请详情页面，支持理赔材料上传和提交
- 集成耳标选择器组件，用于选择理赔标的
- 优化页面样式和布局，提升用户体验
