feat(config): 更新飞鞋配置和游戏设置
- 修改飞鞋配置:
- 调整主城传送的费用为1 - 移除材料道具中的地图74
- 新增通用分类，包含地图69和70
- 新增夺宝分类，包含地图73和74
- 更新游戏设置: - 移除多个平台相关的配置引用
- 调整等级配置中的提示界面等级限制 - 更新回收设置中的王者装备选项
