44b4759211 refactor: 删除 QQ 平台相关配置和代码 
- 移除 PlatformQQ 相关配置文件
- 删除 ActivityQQHall.lua 模块
- 从 GameConfigs.txt 中移除 PlatformQQ 相关的配置引用
