fix(drop): 修复小龍靈相关配置

- 移除未使用的 DropGroupConfig[121083]
- 更新 DropTableConfig[1210034] 中的物品 ID
- 移除 DropTableConfig[1210083]（小龍靈）
- 在 DropTableConfig[2100039] 中添加新物品
- 更新 StdItems.config 中黄金宸龙的名称
