refactor(LogicServer): 移除快玩平台福利相关代码

Browse Source 
- 删除了 Platformteeqee 配置文件
- 移除了 ActivityType10035 模块
- 更新了 Activitys.txt 和 GameConfigs.txt，移除与快玩平台相关的引用
