feat(ItemMerge): 添加新的物品合成配置并调整现有物品属性

- 在 ItemMerge.config 中添加了新的物品合成配置 [3206]
- 调整了 StdItems.config 中多个物品的 staitcAttrs 属性格式
- 将 829、830、831、832 物品的 dup 属性从 9999 调整为 99999
