feat(item): 添加天之王者随机宝箱并调整相关配置

- 新增天之王者随机宝箱（ID 1379），包含随机套装和奖励
- 更新 ItemMergeConfig，添加新合成配方
- 修改 StdItemsConfig，调整代金券和返利卡的描述和属性
- 在 DropGroupConfig 和 DropTableConfig 中添加新掉落配置
