feat(item): 为多个物品添加恢复属性

- 在 StdItems.config 文件中，为多个物品添加了 recoverid 字段
- 添加的 recoverid 为 150089，用于指定恢复效果
- 涉及的物品 ID 包括 25460、25490、25519、25548 和 30349
