refactor(configs): 调整活动视图和更新功能配置
- 将 FunExhibitionConfig.json 中的 "view" 从 "app.OpenServerTreasureWin" 修改为 "app.OpenServerTreasureWin3"
- 在 PlayFunConfig.json 中更新了多个配置项：
- 移除了 10421 作为 "param" 中的 ID
- 在另一个配置项中添加了 10421 作为 "id" 数组的新元素

- 新增 ACTcrossServerTabCfg.json 配置文件，定义了多种跨服活动的属性
- 在 .gitignore 文件中添加了 package-lock.json、node_modules 和 config.xml
