feat(config): 新增坐骑合成配置

- 在 ItemMergeConfig.json 中添加了多个新的坐骑合成配置项
- 新增的配置项包括 1801、1802、1803、1804、1805 和 1806
- 每个配置项都定义了坐骑的合成条件、所需材料和官职限制
- 部分配置项的合成条件随官职等级提升而变化
