feat(config): 添加多倍经验道具并调整相关配置

- 在 ItemMergeConfig.json 中添加多倍经验道具的合成配置
- 在 MergeConfig.json 中添加多倍经验的合并配置
- 在 MergeTotal.json 中调整多倍经验的分类
- 在 StdItems.json 中修改多倍经验道具的属性，包括删除多余的 UI 配置
