feat(ShopConfig): 更新商城配置

- 修改商品 ID 从 1394 到 1242
- 调整限制次数从 15 次到 0 次
- 变更限制类型从 2 到 3
- 更新商品价格配置：
  - ID 从 4 改为 3
  - 类型从 4 改为 3
  - 价格从 1000000 降至 188
